Bright, comfortable, and welcoming apartments located in the Eur district, just a 5-minute walk from the Laurentina metro station, providing easy access to the historical center (15 minutes), the sea (25 minutes), and Fiumicino Airport (25 minutes). Apartments range from 55 sqm to 80 sqm, all within the same building, finely furnished and very bright with large windows, each boasting a spacious balcony or terrace.

Two-room and three-room apartments accommodate up to six people and are equipped with one or two bathrooms, double bedrooms, a double sofa bed in the living room, and a room with a single bed. Upon request, a cot is available for children up to 3 years old.

They are equipped with every comfort, including free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, safe, heating, air conditioning, and electric shutters. Free garage parking inside the building. Bathrooms come with a towel set, soap, and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with pots and dishes, an induction hob, a fan oven, a kettle, a pod coffee machine, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

A short walk from the building, there's a supermarket, an organic supermarket, meat and fish restaurants, pizzerias, and bars. The Eur district, known for its wide avenues and rationalist-style buildings, houses the Palazzo dello Sport, the new La Nuvola Congress Center, the Palazzo dei Congressi, the church of SS. Pietro e Paolo, the Central Park of the Lake, shopping centers, and more.

The facility does not have a reception and is equipped with a door opening system that eliminates the need for keys. Upon confirmation of the reservation and release of documents, a code is provided to access the building and your apartment. Flexibility in check-in times is offered thanks to self check-in.
