Bright, comfortable, and welcoming apartments located in the Eur district, just a 5-minute walk from the Laurentina metro station , providing easy access to the historical center (15 minutes), the sea (25 minutes), and Fiumicino Airport (25 minutes). Apartments range from 55 sqm to 80 sqm , all within the same building, finely furnished and very bright with large windows, each boasting a spacious balcony or terrace.
Two-room and three-room apartments accommodate up to six people and are equipped with one or two bathrooms, double bedrooms, a double sofa bed in the living room, and a room with a single bed.
